Gold Dust Avenue placed 2nd overall in the high school a cappella competition in the Sing Strong NY 24 Festival! The student-led group was awarded 2nd place with an invitation to open for the 2nd of three professional concerts in the festival weekend. All five judges awarded GDA with the ranking of SUPERIOR with special comments about blend, style, visuals, and moves.

In addition, student leader, singer and arranger, senior Lillian Apostolou won "Best Arranger" award with her mashup arrangements of Gold Wing / Don't Blame Me and Break My Heart / Edge of Seventeen.
