Unofficial Transcript

Current students can access their unofficial transcript anytime by going to StudentVUE - Click “Course History” and then “Unofficial Transcript.”

Unofficial transcripts are typically used for:

  • Reviewing academic records

  • Self-reporting grades for college applications

  • Proof of enrollment

  • Job applications

  • Car insurance verification

Unofficial transcripts lack an official seal or signature.

Official Transcript

An official transcript is a record of a student's academic history, including courses taken and grades earned. An official transcript includes a school seal and signature.

For current seniors:

  • Step 1: Visit https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/4978/institution to create an account with Parchment if you do not already have one. Use a personal email address. Your SUSD gapps email will be deactivated after graduation.
  • Step 2: Indicate where you would like your transcript sent.
  • Step 3: Select "Hold for Grades" so your final transcript includes 2nd semester of senior year.
  • Step 4: Sign and pay the fee.

Please note:

  • Make sure you choose the correct college. For example, “Arizona State University, Undergraduate Admissions," NOT "Graduate Admissions.”
  • Once a student over eighteen has graduated, transcripts cannot be released to a parent. The student must request their own.
  • Official transcripts will not be ready until mid-June.
  • Once Chaparral approves and processes your order, Parchment will send your transcript.
  • If you have additional questions, please contact the Chaparral Registrar – Jennifer Blank-Matney (jblankmatney@susd.org).

For former/alumni students, transcripts must be requested through Parchment.
